can you make one with space for a banner on the left, and a banner at top, a blue background with a silver cresent moon and silver stars? and thin bottom banner.....

it's kind of like a box layout? (do you go on neopets?) anyways, if you go to --> [link] you see this layout and it's a little bit like that. I banner with links on the left, a banner at top (you can click on it) and that's it basically... Can you make it light blue and silver? I'm probably going to add a bit to the background and such but is it ok if you make one like that? :3

Ok. Yes I do go on Neopets (I started going on 3 years ago, got bored of it a few months ago, and started going on again once awhile).

So should I make it almost exactly like the layout on Neopets or should I make it a Div layer Layout (go to ---> [link] ) ? I can switch the nav. bar on the right to the left. There can be a banner. Yup yup. I think that div layers is easier to work with since I'm only familiar with Div layer and Iframe layouts.

I will start right after I finish

since it's already late. I do not know when I can finish your layout because school is starting soon and that will reduce the time I have on the computer.
